Maria Fontes is a dynamic and outgoing salesperson who has a natural way with people. Mindful of the stresses that are involved in any property transaction, Maria draws on her experience as a salesperson for the last 10 years. She has dealt with customers from different parts of the world and knows that the skills she has accumulated during this time will stand her in good stead when managing expectations and needs of her real estate clients in West Auckland, looking for lifestyle properties, coastal market and beyond.

Maria has lived in Piha for the last 18 years having great knowledge of the area, the people, and what’s involved to be part of a small coastal settlement where young families and long-time residents share the same passion for living close to the sea in a close-knit community yet within easy reach of the city.
