2010 was a big year for me. My wife and I moved to West Auckland from our previous home in Mount Albert, our first son was born and I started my career in real estate, renovating and selling properties, which I loved.
However, I soon realised I derived the most enjoyment from interacting with buyers, sellers and all the other people involved in property. Therefore it was a natural transition to move into real estate sales, and I’ve not looked back since.
Prior to this I worked for 15 years as a designer, art director and copy writer in New Zealand, Australia and the UK for some of the world’s most recognised advertising agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy & Mather and DDB. This high-pressure environment provided me with many of the essential skills and experience for real estate, such as working long hours, attention to detail and going the extra mile for my clients.
