Tracey Lydiard

I’m Tracey, a Sales Associate (in training) with Mark & Co. at Ray White New Lynn.

Real estate has basically been stalking me my whole life. With family across the industry, I grew up around open homes, auctions, cubicles, and sales data. It was only a matter of time before I gave in and joined ‘the family business’.

Before this, I spent over 15 years in marketing, copywriting, and communications. That means I know how to talk to people, ask better questions, and actually listen to the answers. Turns out those are pretty useful skills in real estate.

Day to day, I focus on building and maintaining relationships, drumming up new opportunities, marketing stuff, and generally supporting the team. I know how to stay organised where it counts, keep things moving, and make sure no one gets left wondering what’s going on.

I also believe real estate doesn’t have to feel…well, like real estate. Selling and buying a home is a big deal. People deserve honesty, clear communication, and someone who genuinely gives a damn about the outcome, not just the sale.
