Ben Castleman

Ben moved from England to New Zealand over 7 years ago and has never looked back. Living in West Auckland for over 5 years, Ben has a vast knowledge of what West Auckland has to offer. Throughout his lifetime he has worked in both the finance and fitness industries. Ben has a BA honours degree in business and finance with forensic accounting from De Montfort University (Leicester).

Working in both industries has allowed Ben to work with a diverse mix of people, and develop strong communication skills. Ben is a highly committed person and understands what it takes to be the best. He has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows so he knows the meaning of hard work and determination.
